What’s Included in Your Crossover Submission:

• Evaluation: Mint Authentication will evaluate the card while it remains in its original holder.

• Professional Removal: Once approved for crossover, the card will be safely removed from its existing holder.

• Grading: The card will be graded using our proprietary 4-score grading system.

• Certification: A unique certification number and official Mint Authentication label will be issued.

• Encapsulation: The card will be sonically sealed in a new Mint Authentication holder.

• Minimum Grade Policy: If a minimum grade is requested and our specialists determine the card does not meet that threshold, the card will be returned in its original holder. Please note that grading fees are non-refundable as the evaluation service has been performed.

Shipping & Insurance Policy (Please Read Carefully)

The final shipping cost is determined by your selection and is NOT included in the $16 per card fee.

Shipping Service: You will select your preferred return shipping carrier and speed (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).

Insurance Value: You must select the proper insurance level to cover the estimated market value of your cards.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

Mint Authentication does NOT assign a market value to your submitted cards. It is the responsibility of the submitter to determine the appropriate insurance value.

Mint Authentication is NOT responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs to your cards after they have successfully left our facility and are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Failure to select adequate insurance may result in a non-covered loss if the package is damaged or lost in transit.
